If you'd like a refund for a service you've paid for, we'll return it to your original payment method.
Please note: you can request a refund any time before your tax return is filed.
To request a refund, email returns@countmyaccount.ca with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will review it and confirm the next steps within 3 business days.
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow at least 14 days from the date we confirm your request for the refund to be completed.
